Travellonia This was recommended by my dermatologist and I have been using it everyday. I am completely satisfied with this product.

Y. It's a bummer that we need to use sunscreen like we do these days, but with the ozone issues, skin cancer, etc, it's nice to have an excellent product from a brand that has always stood for quality.

I've never tried a Neutrogena product that I didn't like, but when I found out they had sunscreen I was really pleased. My kids have somewhat sensitive skin, as do I. I don't like heavy, greasy and smelly sunscreens. This variety provides excellent protection (55) with Helioplex, which creates a really extraordinary sunscreen.

If you are looking for a cream sunscreen that has significant protection without the gimmicks of crazy colors, smells, a sunscreen that goes on evenly and is well absorbed, I recommend Neutrogena's sunblock.

E the Runner I purchased this product after doing extensive research on products that provide good sun protection for runners. I run between 15-25 miles a week and almost all of it is done outside in the afternoon sun. I also sweat a lot and was looking for a sunblock that would not burn my eyes when it runs. Here are the pros and cons:

PROS:

- I believe that it provides good sun protection because my skin has not burned at all when I used this product, and I notice less freckles appearing on my face.

- I use this on all my exposed skin (e.g. face, neck, arms, legs) and it dries quickly, non-greasy and no residue.

- I have not broken out on my face at all after using this product.

CONS:

- I was hoping that this sunblock would prevent me from tanning, but I do have noticeable tan lines.

- While I sweat, it begins to leave white streaks on my skin and when it dries, it leaves a white powdery residue.

- I also notice that it stains stuff that I touch (car seat, car door, etc.) when I'm done with I run, but it's not anything that can't be cleaned or washed.

- I do notice that it burns my eyes ocassionally when it runs, but it's very brief and doesn't affect my sight or running (and I wear contacts).

- I do need to scrub my skin in the shower to remove all of the sunblock, but I have noticed that with all sunblocks/sunscreens that I have tried.

Overall, I do like that it provides good sun protection, but I wished it didn't run so easily and leave a white mess.

allb I burn very easily, and this seems to protect well. When I was outside a lot, I would use the product often. The major problems are that when I rub it in, it leaves white residue behind in my eyebrows (blonde) that looks pretty gross, and then it is usually pretty time consuming to rub out. The biggest concern for me, however, is that it runs in to my eyes much of the time, and when it does, it is PAINFUL. If you do not sweat much or are using this for moderate outdoor recreational purposes, I think it would be fine, but if you are active, just make sure you don't get it anywhere near your eyes..

sparkle I've been using this sunblock for a couple years and I must say that this is my absolute favorite. It's lightweight, non-greasy, absorbs quickly, goes on evenly, has little to no scent, and protects the way a sunblock should!

It's also somewhat waterproof, but I still always re-apply after I've been swimming.

Gentleman Farmer I use this sunscreen whenever I go out to water our yard; there are several acres and it may take a few hours. I always feel protected and have never had a burn of any sort when I use it. I like the way it rubs in and does not feel greasy at all. Just be careful and don't touch anywhere near your eyes-it can sting for a while.

NOLA Mom I wear this under makeup or alone on weekends, and I used to love it because there was nothing else on the market so gentle and effective. BUT, since Neutrogena came out with the Ultra Sheer Liquid Daily Sunblock SPF 70 which is even more sheer and light, I don't use it unless I need waterproof sunscreen. This one is great for my kids' faces though, since it stays put more effectively. I buy them both!

Virgo I tried this in both the SPF 55 and SPF 70 formulas, and didn't find either one to be "sheer". Both require a ton of blending to get rid of the white streaks and little "crumbs", but they do blend eventually. It's not bad, but I think there are better, more sheer, and less expensive sunblocks available.

Robin I go kayaking weekly in South Florida and sunburn very easily. This non-greasy sunscreen is excellent! It protects my fair skin beautifully. I also tried it on a snorkeling expedition and despite staying in the water way too long without reapplying this product, all I got was a very light pink. For me this is amazing. My husband, who hates applying any greasy stuff, loves this too.
